The position will support the regional goals and business strategy in the CEMA region. We are looking for an experienced Researcher for End User Research team based in Prague with the following responsibilities:

• coordinate the market surveys with vendors in CEMA region (call centers, research agencies etc.);
• data cleaning and data processing of research data received from fieldwork partners;
• preparation of outputs – tabulations;
• oversee the entire process of market survey - negotiation with vendors, process monitoring, quality control and reporting;
• support business development in preparation of research methodology and costing;
• prepare research tools based on the project objectives (questionnaire, sampling, project briefing for survey vendor);
• support all consulting projects in the region;
• liaise with other colleagues in User Research group at IDC's regional HQ.

Skills:

• experience as Market Researcher (market research company) with very good written and spoken English;
• proven record in survey vendor management;
• very good knowledge of SPSS data processing;
• solid knowledge or quantitative research methods;
• knowledge of statistical methods is an advantage;
• University degree or equivalent.

Candidate has to be able to demonstrate:

• ability to discuss and analyze issues;
• aptitude for business analysis and quantitative analysis;
• ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• proficiency with Excel and other MS Office software packages.
