Synovate: Webinář na téma komunitní panely a jejich vliv na zisk

Online communities provide marketers with a rich opportunity to directly engage their customers and other stakeholders, especially when making critical business decisions. Whether you are launching a new product, changing packaging or testing a potential advertisement, community panels with pre-qualified respondents allow you to conduct research with your customers at a moment's notice - faster, cheaper and better than ever before. Community panels tap into consumers' tendency to use social media to express opinions about products and services and, when used correctly, community panels help your customers feel more like company insiders. More involved customers means higher survey response rates, more useful data and deeper insights for your business. The data can also be linked to transactional data to help create models for increasing ROI on marketing activity.

This webinar will discuss how community panels are reinventing research to get closer to customers. You'll see case studies from various industries and about how they've successfully used community panels to communicate with their customers, resulting in lower overall research costs as well as the ability to link the information they garner online to their existing data.

He has over 15 years of experience in International research, Branding, and Product Development, and currently heads a global initiative at Synovate to fulfill the company's mission to reinvent research. A key focus of this is the development of data / insight collection through new means such as online communities and custom online panels. Maz is also looking to develop Synovate's capability in drawing learnings and insight from non survey data, including scan data and customer databases.

About Shawn Henry – Co-presenter

Shawn Henry is the head of a boutique research firm based in Auckland, New Zealand called Camorra Research. Having earned a PhD in Sociology (Political Sociology, Statistics, and Research Methods), Shawn has been in the research business for over 18 years. Previously, he was Director of Advanced Analytics for Environics West based in Calgary, Canada. He also spent three years with Vodafone NZ as the GM of Customer Knowledge (Market Research, Segmentation/ Datamining, and Transactional Analytics). He left that position to set up Camorra Research in 2004.

Camorra Research has been helping clients get the most from online customer panels for the past three years. This has included developing research strategies to clearly identify when online customer panels can deliver the required insights as well as when more traditional approaches to market research are more appropriate. Shawn's background also includes work with non-market research data such as transactional customer data, census data, etc. This background has led to his increased focus on integrating attitudinal data, primarily from online customer panels, with behavioural (transactional) data to provide a more elegant and comprehensive view of the customer.
